If suddenly your country is such, we will notify you and will consider together what to do. But there is a slight nuance about customs - we cannot be held responsible for customs duties. Means, while ordering, you agree that a charge may be applied to it upon arrival of the goods in your country. Alas, here we are powerless. This is rare and not everywhere, but it has place to be.

Yes. Another important question is how long the delivery will last. It all depends on your location. It is logical that the farther you are from our warehouses, the longer the package will go. The average time is up to a month of waiting. An important plus - you will not languish in ignorance. Every order implies a tracking number. That means, if it's impossible to expedite the arrival of the desired purchase, then you can at least track its path and approximately find out the date. Agree, that it's very comfortable. A tracking number should always be provided. Information with it must come within five days after making the order. If this does not happen, be sure to write to us!
Sometimes happens that one case is considered a mistake and client begin to be slightly nervous. This is when you received the number, decided to look at your lovely package, and in response you see "there is no information available at the moment." What does it mean? This means that some transport companies can update tracking information every few days, and if you just made an order, you need to wait up to five days. However, if again after five days nothing has changed, write to us and don’t worry. Usually we resolve such situations quickly.
If we talk about packaging, then unfortunately there may be some changes. Even if you ordered all the goods into one package, for logistical reasons, they can be sent to you in several parts. But usually all the packages arrive at the same time, or with a very small interval.
